Orders & Returns

Dispatch:

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 3 business days via Australia Post once payment has been received. 

International Import duties:

Orders placed outside of Australia will be classed as an import in the recipient country. As such, you will need to pay the associated import duties and taxes required to clear customs in your country. The shipping carrier assigned to your shipment will contact you using the details on your order when placed. If import duties are not paid by the recipient as required, the shipment will be diverted to commercial composting facilities for disposal and cannot be returned. No refunds will apply in these cases either.

Returns Policy

Product issues:

Sometimes things don't go to plan, rest assured we will work to ensure a fast resolution. If you have any product issues whatsoever, please contact us for further instructions. Generally, we will request photos or a video of any issues to help provide the fastest resolution.

Defective products:

We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund/credit note, if the product(s) you have received are believed to be faulty you must notify us by email info@cardboardcosmetics.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item. Replacement product(s) may be provided once the original item has been returned at the purchasers own cost. Cardboard Cosmetics reserves the right to assess the products deemed to be faulty. 

Change of mind or incorrect sizes:

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes, our measurements are approximate only and we recommend purchasing our range of samples. 

The purchaser agrees to the following:

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Return items must be shipped at the purchaser's own cost. 

Incorrect product sent:

Please contact us by email info@cardboardcosmetics.com.au, within 14 days of receiving the product(s) to organise delivery of the correct item so we can resolve the error as quickly as possible.
